P&O Cruises to refresh two ships
P&O Cruises has announced details of multi-million pound refits for Arcadia and Oceana, which the cruise line said will give them a ‘fresher and more contemporary feel’.
Cabins, suites, public areas, bars, main dining restaurants and the fine dining restaurants on Arcadia will all be updated.
Arcadia will undergo its refit in Hamburg this autumn in preparation for Christmas and its 99-night World Cruise which leaves from Southampton on January 9, 2018.
Arcadia’s first cruise after its refit will be a three-night Belgium cruise round trip from Southampton, departing on November 15.
Oceana will enter dry dock in Hamburg at the end of November, where she will be updated and refreshed, including new furnishing in the suites, new carpets in pubic spaces, and refurbished youth spaces. The spa and gym will also be redecorated.
Following its refit, Oceana will embark on a 12-night Canary Islands & Portugal cruise round trip from Southampton, departing on December 17.
