Prestige adds online booking capability

Thursday, 26 Feb, 2009 0

An online booking facility has been introduced by Prestige Holidays to its website www.prestigeholidays.co.uk.

The booking system allows consumers or travel agents to dynamically price a holiday by quickly searching flights from low cost carriers, scheduled and charter airlines.

Flights can be selected based on the best price, timing or departure airport.

It also displays details and room information for more than 150 properties featured by the luxury independent operator.

Agents have their own log-in and will be able to view their bookings on a “My Account” page. This has a facility to update passenger details such as passport information.

Chairman and managing John Dixon said: “Our pricing is the same for agents and direct clients re-enforcing our commitment to support the travel trade.”

He added:  “We have spent considerable time researching and testing the booking system before it went live to ensure that it is both user-friendly and fast.

“Customers using the site can book holidays including flights or if they already have their own flights they can book accommodation and ground arrangements which include VIP transfers.”
