Prince William and Kate in a spin in Queenstown
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will take a ride on the high-adrenalin Shotover Jet on their visit to Queenstown next month.
The Royal couple’s 10-day New Zealand tour includes a visit to Queenstown on the afternoon of Sunday April 13.
The Shotover Jet is owned and operated by Ngai Tahu Tourism.
A spokesman for the operator said the Duke and Duchess would enjoy a trip in the latest technology V8-powered ‘Big Red’, specifically designed to handle the world-famous Shotover River Canyons, capable of speeds up to 85kph in as little as 10cm of water and delivering full 360-degree spins.
