Princeline.com co-founder joins The Travel Company

The co-founder of Priceline.com Tim Brier is joining independent travel management company The Travel Company.

He joins the board of directors of the agency eight years after helping create the US internet travel business.

Mr Brier previous spent almost 20 years with TWA, including senior UK-based positions, as well as working for Continental Airlines and Pan Am.

The Travel Company managing director Mike Walley said: “Tim Brier has distinguished career  in the aviation and travel indusyr and he led the way ininternet travel technology when he set up Priceline.com. His entrepreneurial flair is a perfect fit with our organisation.”
