Princess Cruises sets Thanksgiving booking record
The holiday season has been good to Princess Cruises, which hailed its best cruise bookings sales period ever for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period (Nov. 20-27).
Princess kicked off the Black Friday promotion early to give customers more opportunity to secure savings on a cruise.
“The all-inclusive appeal of a Princess cruise is something that is clearly very attractive to consumers,” said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises.
The Black Friday promotion offered cruise bookings savings across the entire Princess Cruises program including cruises to Alaska, the Caribbean, Europe, Canada/New England and more.
Guests were able to benefit from savings of up to 65% on onboard amenities, such as gratuities, WiFi and beverages.
“The response has been remarkable and smart shoppers were able to reserve voyages at attractive prices in 2024 and 2025,” Padgett added.
