Princess expands woldwide programme
Princess Cruises is featuring new Australia and Asia itineraries as part of an expanded worldwide programme for 2008-09.
The Exotic Cruises Worldwide brochure features discounts of up to 45% on bookings made by November 30.
The programme features cruises of between 11 and 108-nights in duration with 12 of the line’s 17-strong fleet deployed in regions such as French Polynesia, the Far East, South America and Australasia.
These include new Australia and Asia routes on board Diamond Princess from Bangkok to Sydney.
Two 108-night world cruises have been added on smaller ships Royal Princess and Tahitian Princess.
Cruise and stay options are offered in a range of cities across the world including Auckland, Beijing, Honolulu and Rio de Janeiro. Land tours in China, Thailand, Australia and South America are also available.
Star Princess will run a new Antarctica and South America itinerary including 20-nights from Santiago to San Francisco.
UK director Peter Shanks said the company had reaffirmed its growing commitment to providing travellers with more unusual and exciting ports.
“Twelve ships make up the worldwide deployment this coming season offering really diverse itinerary choices for discovering the world,” he said. “Such choice is terrific for experienced and first-time cruisers alike and for families – especially with our new kids programmes”.
