Protected Trust Services launches new trade and consumer website
Protected Trust Services has launched a new website, now featuring a dual focused online presence for both trade and consumer support.
"With so many UK consumers now travelling with PTS financial protection, we felt it was important that we now developed a consumer facing site to support consumers and our members alike," Jacqui Cleaver, Head of Communications and Marketing said.
"Also, with financial protection and peace of mind being a prime focus for many travellers today, we have integrated the facility for a PTS member search meaning that all consumers can check the travel company they are booking with is indeed a PTS member."
PTS supports tour operators, retail travel agencies, experienced home workers and independent agents, mini consortia and flight specialists.
It offers many business additions such as Supplier Failure Insurance, merchant service solutions, administration software, supplier agreements and more.
"This was a huge project and a great step forward for Protected Trust services, all PTS members and empowering the benefits of travel through trust," Cleaver added.
