Protected Trust Services unveils major rebrand

Friday, 19 Sep, 2024 0

Protected Trust Services (PTS) has announced a new brand identity and website.

The major rebrand represents a shift to simplifying the process of selling travel.

Established 15 years ago to bring financial protection to the UK travel industry, Protected Trust Services (PTS) has transformed from a trusted financial protection provider into a travel business support platform.

The rebrand is its commitment to making travel business management as simple, affordable, and stress-free as possible.

The rebrand includes a new logo, imagery, slogan and a completely redesigned website at www.protectedtrustservices.com.

PTS says it is shifting away from simply being a trust account provider, towards emphasising the supportive features PTS provide and their simplicity.

This makes PTS more accessible and better understood by all in the travel industry, it says.

“Protected Trust Services offers members unparalleled freedom to control their business while handling the complexities behind the scenes,” said Daniel Landen, CEO.

“We’re simplifying travel sales and membership, emphasising growth and flexibility. This brand launch represents our commitment to evolving with the industry.”

The new website offers a simplified, streamlined experience tailored to meet the specific needs of different types of businesses.

Key improvements include:

More intuitive navigation

Tailored content for different business types

Easier contact options and more available forms

A design that better represents PTS’s services and vision

The rebrand offers freedom and control to its 400+ members, offering flexible and affordable tools that allow travel businesses to grow.

PTS’ complete package of tools and support:

Easy-to-use software for managing bookings, payments, and admin tasks

Quick access to essential services like multiple currency accounts, insurances, and compliance

Simplified application processes for licenses (i.e., ATOL), card payments and certificates

Fair pricing with small transaction fees instead of large percentage cuts

Fast setup (usually within 2 weeks) and reduced admin time (by 40%)

PTS says its suite of tools results in less wasted time on admin, card payments and exchanging currencies.
