Qantas to restart A380 service with LA flight
Qantas will return its Airbus A380 to service.after almost two years of inactivity. It will operate on Qantas’ flagship transpacific route from Sydney to Los Angeles on 11 January. One A380 was taken from storage in November and has been used for crew training.
Due to the need to isolate after each international service for Queensland pilots, the airline says it can maintain capacity by using the much larger superjumbo.
