Qatar Airways resumes flights to Syria
Qatar Airways is this week restarting Damascus flights to Syria.
From 7 January 2025m the airline will fly to Syria three times weekly.
Qatar Airways says it is working closely with relevant authorities to ensure safety, security, and operational standards are met.
Qatar Airways Group CEO, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, said: “We are pleased to resume flights to Damascus, a destination of great historical and cultural importance. This announcement underscores our dedication to fostering connectivity.”
Passengers travelling on Damascus flights will once again have easy access to Qatar Airways global network of 170 destinations via Doha.
