Radisson Hotel Group names new Asia Pacific commercial VP
Radisson Hotel Group has hired Saurabh Prakash as new vice president of commercial, Asia Pacific.
He will be based in the company’s Asia Pacific HQ in Singapore and becomes a member of the Asia Pacific executive committee.
As commercial VP, Prakash has overall responsibility for the region’s commercial functions, including sales, revenue management, distribution, marketing and loyalty.
"Saurabh’s appointment comes at a pivotal time in our company’s history, where we are embarking on a major five-year strategic plan to transform and expand our operations," said Katerina Giannouka, President, Radisson Hotel Group, Asia Pacific.
Prakash was recently general manager and vice president, Asia Pacific, with hospitality consultancy firm TSA Solutions, and spent many years with Marriott International, where he worked in India, Malaysia, China and Singapore.
He is a two-time recipient of the Revenue Leader of the Year Award.
