Ramesys wins Flight Centre contract

Sunday, 18 May, 2004 0

Flight Centre has opted for the web-based multi-operator search and booking tool offered by Ramesys.

The SABS Agent booking system gives Flight Centre agents in the UK access to charter flight and holiday products to search and book. They can search the products using various criteria including price, destination or more specific searches like family-friendly beaches.

SABS will be rolled out in Flight Centre’s 90 UK agencies. The product can be used by agents to use on their desktop, or can be incorporated into the agency’s website.

Ramesys has sold 4,500 licenses for SABS since early 2002 and its client list for this and other products includes Wardle Travel and Lets Go Travel.

Flight Centre information technology manager, Karen Janssen says she hopes SABS will increase its agents’ productivity.
