Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill opening at Sunway Resort, Kuala Lumpur
The First Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill outside the UK is set-to launch in Malaysia this month.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Sunway City Kuala Lumpur is opening its doors at Sunway Resort .
The restaurant features Ramsay’s British heritage within a series of intimate spaces include a trio of private dining rooms – 8 Mayfair, 10 Soho and 12 Chelsea.
There is a grand dining room with semi-private seating booths and a cocktail bar, seating up to 150 guests at a time.
Interior design features a forest green colour scheme along with portraits of British style icons such as Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger, 007 star Sir Sean Connery, and supermodels Jean Shrimpton and Twiggy.
The menu is inspired by restaurant Savoy Grill, featuring Classic Beef Wellington and Spiced Beef Tartare with Egg Yolk Confit.
“The opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Sunway Resort marks the start of a new era of international epicurean excellence in Malaysia,” said Alex Castaldi, Senior General Manager, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Sunway Resort joins the brand’s three existing locations in London’s Mayfair, Chelsea and Park Walk.
