Ranch at Live Oak and Four Seasons team on corporate wellness

Wednesday, 22 Oct, 2013 0

Building on the popularity of its intensive seven-day wellness program, the Ranch at Live Oak/Malibu has launched a four-day version aimed at corporate groups in conjunction with the Four Seasons in Westlake Village.

Dubbed R4.0, the program is designed to help attendees "recalibrate – both mentally and physically, and jump-start a new healthy routine."

Offered Thursday to Monday every week, the program includes four hours of morning mountain hiking and an afternoon full of exercise classes, daily group yoga sessions and a daily massage.

Guests will also enjoy a restricted 1,400-calorie diet, with organic and vegan meals prepared by Ranch chefs.

The Four Seasons at Westlake Village can accommodate groups of up to 190 people.

The Ranch’s full seven-day program, which began in 2010 and can accommodate 16 participants a week, is usually booked up months in advance.

The new short program costs $3,800 per person, compared to $6,200 for the seven-day program, and also offers the additional amenities of the Four Seasons.
