Reader Offers rebrand

Tuesday, 17 Nov, 2016 0

Cruise retailer Reader Offers has rebranded as ROL Cruise with a new logo, strapline and a new website.

The 21-year-old company said the brand refresh follows a near 10% year-on-year increase in bookings, a 25% rise in staff numbers at its Colchester HQ and three new partnerships with river cruise lines.

CEO Jeremy Dickinson said: "This is a very exciting time for us as we unveil our new logo, strapline and website, whilst retaining the company ethos and standards which were born with the company 21 years ago. Our business values remain unchanged – we strive to deliver excellence in everything we do, and to look after our customers’ cruise holidays as if they were our own."

He said the website, ROLCruise.co.uk, had been developed following extensive customer research.

It offers a personalised ‘Your ROL’ customer area, thousands more cruises, enhanced search functions and a dedicated blog. It has also been designed for browsing on mobile tablets and smartphones.
