Redseven Holidays latest addition to the Redseven brand

Sunday, 21 Dec, 2010 0

Redseven was first to market back in 1997 and was founded by award winning Entrepreneur Ian Lucas. It is the world’s largest and most popular hen and stag party operator, although the brand also encompasses Corporate Events, Business Travel and Retail Holidays.

Ian Lucas acquired 25 year old independent travel agent, Bargain Travel Bureau, in 2005, which now operates under both the Bargain Travel Bureau and Redseven brands.

The launch of Redseven Holidays is the first retail holiday website for the travel agency. The decision was taken to create an online bookable travel website after polling Redseven’s database of over 600,000 customers; the majority stating they would like to place their holiday with Redseven.

Ian Lucas approached CSI Media* to build the new website, www.redsevenholidays.co.uk using a combination of their Travelberry, Tour Op and Travel Console systems. This means that the overall system is a one-stop solution for the travel agency, allowing them to sell travel online and via the call centre, issue tickets, run reports and complete all daily tasks in one simple to use platform.

The new website is using the latest version of Tour Op which also allows tour operators and travel agents to sell tickets, excursions and coach travel online giving them full flexibility in what products they can offer to their customers.

Redseven Holidays is a totally independent travel agency and therefore the staff are able to provide customers with an unbiased service. This is particularly important when Redseven are experts in providing bespoke travel and holidays. The specialist team provide customers with tailor-made itineraries ranging from budget travel to luxury holidays, as well as the traditional package holidays, so there really is something for everyone. Redseven is a member of IATA and is also ATOL licenced. providing customers full peace of mind.

Ian Lucas, Founder and CEO , said of the project "The Redseven brand is in high demand by new and existing customers in all areas of our operations. Customers cite service and value as the core reasons they engage with us. Our customer centric business model and business plan is proving to be a hit, and we shall continue to grow and prosper under these tough economic times by remaining totally focussed on reviewing and improving our strategy whilst reaching and communicating with customers, ensuring they understand that we listen and then deliver".

The Redseven portfolio of websites now consists of:

www.redsevenholidays.co.uk

www.redsevenleisure.co.uk

www.redsevenexperiences.co.uk

www.redsevencorporate.co.uk
