Our client is one of the leading 5-star international hotel chains.
Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing (Asia Pacific), key responsibilities include :
Developing and managing the implementation of the annual marketing strategies within North Asia.
Supporting and driving all hotels and their marketing teams in the region to meet local, regional and global marketing objectives.
Formulating tactical marketing activities to generate short-term revenue.
Implementing strategic marketing activities to position the brands over mid/long-term.
Assisting with the creation and approval of all new hotel pre-opening marketing plans.
To seek new and leverage on existing key alliances and partnerships (regional and global scale) to extend market reach in to targetted markets.
The ideal candidiate must possess the following requirements
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in a similar role with a 5-star international chain, ideally the last 3 to 5 years will be in managing a cluster of hotels.
Analytical, self-motivated with the ability to think commercially, plan ahead for results whle thriving under pressure.
A high level of integrity, able and willing to take on personal responsiblitity in spearheading and championing key initiatives across the Asian region.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and “people” skills.
