Remeikis returns to Choice as director corporate sales Europe

Choice Hotels Europe has named Andrius Remeikis as director, corporate sales, Europe.

He will be responsible for managing the Choice Hotels Europe portfolio of European corporate clients and developing Choice Hotels’ corporate business.

Reporting to Guillaume Filly, senior director European Sales, Remeikis has been tasked with growing market share and room night delivery from corporate accounts, travel management companies and selected online travel agencies.

Based in London he will oversee and coordinate pan-European corporate sales efforts across all European markets, and provide strategic and tactical leadership of the eight-strong corporate sales team’s activities.

He joins from Club Quarters Hotels, the business travel hotel specialist, where he held the position of global membership manager both in New York and London.

He has also held sales and revenue management positions for London’s Strand Palace Hotel and Kensington Close Hotel.

He previously worked for Choice Hotels for three years as a corporate account director between 2010 and 2013.

Filly said: "I am delighted to welcome Andrius back to Choice Hotels. Not only does he have a wealth of commercial hotel industry experience we already know first-hand his ability to build strong relationships with the corporate buyers of travel."
