Residential cruise startup opens sales gallery
New residential cruise line startup Crescent Seas has opened its first sales location in Miami.
The sales gallery will give prospective owners an idea of what life on the ocean will be like.
The gallery is located in the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences.
“The gallery offers a curated showcase of onboard design and amenities, giving buyers a real sense of what life onboard will be like,” said Alexandre Volland, Crescent Seas’ global head of sales.
“They can explore the residences, see design details up close, and understand how ownership works in one place.”
The Sales Gallery has a bar, and video displaying Crescent Seas’ cruising lifestyle.
Crescent Seas is aiming to launch in late 2026.
It has signed a deal to use Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Navigator following a multi-million dollar refurbishment.
This will transform suites into 210 residences priced at up to $8 million.
The company was formed by former NCLH executive Russell W. Galbut.
“We’ve seen tremendous interest since launching Crescent Seas, and the Miami sales gallery allows buyers to experience what this new way of living looks and feels like,” Galbut said.
“It’s a chance to step inside the world of Crescent Seas before ever being onboard.”
The startup has inked an agreement for a second and third ship with the latter being a newbuild.
