Ritz-Carlton checks in to New Zealand

New Zealand will welcome its first Ritz-Carlton in 2019.
 
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co has inked a management agreement with NDG Asia Pacific (NZ) Limited for the downtown Auckland which will feature 300 rooms and Presidential and Ritz-Carlton Suites.
 
The Ritz-Carlton Auckland will be located near to Sky City offering panoramic views of Auckland’s twin harbours.
 
The hotel will have expansive function space with two ballrooms and two fine dining restaurants.
 
"We have long desired to bring The Ritz-Carlton to New Zealand and we’ve patiently waited for the right partner and opportunity that will create a showcase worthy of this world-class city," said Hervé Humler, Ritz Carlton president and COO.
