The experience begins with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne toast, followed by a premium tea service featuring an elegant selection of dedicated savory and sweet menu offerings thoughtfully designed around seasonal and tropical flavors such as duck salad sandwich with fresh herbs, lettuce, crispy rice paper, mango chutney; smoked salmon sandwich with Yuzu kosho chèvre, salmon roe or French-style ham & piccalilli mustard grain aioli and apples.
A Sweet Tea Menu proposes among others Passionfruit Orange Guava Mousse; Mango Raspberry Tea Cake or Ube Cheesecake with coconut sable and sugar bubble dragées.
