Riviera Travel brings back ‘The Vault’ agent incentive
Riviera Travel announced the return of The Vault for UK travel agents, following its debut earlier this year.
The original campaign, which ran from 7 July to 10 August 2025, gave agents the chance to unlock instant prizes simply by booking any Riviera Travel product and logging into Riviera Explorer.
A total of 708 trade bookings were logged by 486 agents.
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with agents praising the platform’s ease of use and high engagement levels throughout the initiative.
Among the rewards were lifestyle vouchers for Costa Coffee, Greggs, and Marks & Spencer, LED facial masks, gourmet hampers from Fortnum & Mason, teeth whitening treatments, and an ultimate grand prize.
This was an all-inclusive holiday for two aboard Riviera’s brand-new river ship, Resplendence.
Lucky winner, Annie was announced last week.
Just in time for Mini Peaks, The Vault is back from today and bigger than ever.
Launching on 1 September through 6 October, the revamped incentive offers over 500 prizes, including headline holidays to Sri Lanka, Morocco, and a festive river cruise.
Agents will also have the chance to win coveted Fam trip places and a wide range of lifestyle rewards.
Agents just need to book any Riviera Travel product, log into Riviera Explorer, and unlock The Vault to reveal instant prizes and enter the grand prize draw.
With every booking, there’s a chance to win.
“This isn’t just a campaign, it’s a celebration of our trade partners,” said Vicky Billing, Director of Trade & Partnerships.
“We’ve designed The Vault to be fun, fast, and full of value. It reflects how much we appreciate the trade.”
Amanda Docherty, Head of UK Trade, added: “The response to The Vault earlier this year was phenomenal, our agents loved the simplicity, the surprise element, and of course, the prizes. We’re thrilled to bring it back for Mini Peaks with even more to offer.”
