Riviera Travel introduces trade contact centre team
Riviera Travel has launched its first dedicated trade contact centre team.
The four-strong team will exclusively handle travel agent enquiries and bookings.
Riviera has previously dealt with calls from agents and direct customers on the same telephone line.
The contact centre operates from Riviera’s head office in Burton-on-Trent.
It is open Monday-Friday 9.00-17.30 and Saturday 09.00-17.00.
Agent enquiries can also be handled on Sunday via Riviera’s existing channels.
The team was hired internally and reports to Amy Joy, sales team manager.
Thomas Morgan, Riviera Travel head of trade, said: “Travel agents are central to the success of Riviera, and our dedicated, trade-friendly team will help further strengthen communications.”
