Royal Brunei keeps a Dreamliner date with Melbourne
Royal Brunei Airlines has launched its Dreamliner service from Melbourne to Brunei and onwards to London via Dubai.
Speaking ahead of the launch, the airline’s deputy chairman Dermot Mannion said: "Australia represents an important market for Royal Brunei and the arrival of our Dreamliner will serve to cement our status as a real competitor in this market."
Royal Brunei said in a statement that it is the first airline in the world to offer an exclusive Dreamliner service on all long-haul flights, and the first airline in south-east Asia to operate the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
Cabin crew will be wearing heritage-inspired RB uniforms for the first time in the latest phase of Royal Brunei’s rebranding programme.
To mark RB’s new Dreamliner service from Melbourne to London, a fare sale has been launched offering a range of discounted flights to Brunei, Dubai and London.
