Royal Caribbean shore excursions range from dog sledding to wilderness exploring
Royal Caribbean International’s Alaska cruises introduced some new shore excursion offerings that include sledding with huskies in Juneau and searching for bears in Ketchikan.
Another new outing is to explore the wild Yukon in Skagway.
Altogether, the cruise line is offering more than 135 tours.
Shore excursions are offered for guests of all ages, and at every activity level, for virtually every Royal Caribbean cruise itinerary, according to company officials.
“Our new Alaska shore excursions offer rich and scenic regional experiences on land, at sea and even in the sky,” said Craig Milan, senior vice president, Land Operations for Royal Caribbean International.
