Royal Caribbean to return to the Big Easy
Royal Caribbean is to return to New Orleans after a three-year gap, repositioning Vision of the Seas in Louisiana for the 2018-2019 winter season.
The 915-foot cruise ship will sail seven-night itineraries to the Bahamas and Yucatan Peninsula.
Her sister ship, Enchantment of the Seas, will move from Miami next June to join Liberty of the Seas in Galveston, Texas, offering four- and five- night Caribbean cruises.
Mariner of the Seas will sail from the Asia Pacific to the US to homeport in Miami, replacing Enchantment of the Seas.
Guests who are already booked to travel on Enchantment from Miami after June 23, 2018, will be contacted individually to switch their booking to Mariner, said Royal Caribbean.
Sailings onboard Mariner of the Seas are now available to book, while Enchantment of the Seas and Vision of the Seas will be available to book from May 5.
