Ryanair appoints technology chief
Ryanair has appointed John Hurley as its chief technology officer.
He will join on September 15 from educational and trade publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt plc.
Working closely with CEO Michael O’Leary and the Ryanair Labs team, Ryanair said Hurley will be responsible for ‘developing and implementing a’world-leading digital and technology strategy, heading up a team of 200 people’.
He will oversee the roll-out of the Ryanair Labs digital innovation hub based at Ryanair’s new Dublin Campus in Swords.
