Ryanair blames ATC staff shortages for dozens of delays
Ryanair has blamed ATC staff shortages in Germany and France for dozens of delays this week.
It said 43 of its first wave departures this morning (Thursday) have been delayed and apologised to customers.
Yesterday it said shortages in France, Germany, Spain, Greece and Austria delayed over 150 of its flights, representing around 6% of the total.
It called on the EU Commission and the governments of these countries to take immediate action to ‘eliminate ATC staff shortages’ disrupting millions of customers this summer.
