It includes new daily flights out of Belfast to Alicante, Malaga, Palma and Faro.
Other holiday hotspot flights announced include Corfu, Santorini, Menorca, Ibiza, and the Canary Islands
Ryanair is marking the expansion with promo fares starting at £19.99 for travel until the end of October 2021.
It is valid for bookings made by midnight Sunday, 28 March on the Ryanair.com website.
"The UK is on track for a re-opening of EU short-haul travel this summer. Ryanair is pleased to offer lower fares with over 2,300 weekly flights and 480 routes to choose from, including 26 exciting new holiday connections," said Group CEO, Michael O’Leary.
Ryanair’s zero-change fee policy applies on all flights until the end of October 2021, allowing two free changes.
New services include Newcastle to Chania (Crete), flying twice a week, which was welcomed by Newcastle International Airport.
"We are delighted that Ryanair have added this twice weekly service to Chania, Crete from July. This is excellent news for those in the North East considering a getaway this summer," said Leon McQuaid, Head of Aviation at the airrport.
It becomes Ryanair’s eighth destination from Newcastle.
