Ryanair reveals UK travellers’ top destinations in 2023
Ryanair has revealed its top three destinations for UK travellers in the past year.
Ryanair operated over one million flights across more than 230 destinations in 37 countries during 2023
According to its flight data, the top 2023 destinations are all perennial favourites with Brits:
Dublin remains a big favourite as a long weekend destination and for visiting friends and family. It has a compelling blend of cosmopolitan attractions and historical landmarks, along with that unmistakable Irish charm and character.
Alicante, is not only the gateway to the Costa Blanca and Benidorm, but also a top choice for a Spanish city break. The city has lively atmosphere, top shopping and interesting landmarks. Alicante is also a burgeoning party destination with areas like El Barrio boasting nightclubs, pubs and terraces.
Malaga is another top gateway to the beaches for holidaymakers, while the city itself perfectly captures the traditions of Spain. There is an abundance of dining, gothic and Moorish architecture, and is home to some of Spain’s most impressive castles, monuments, and museums.
