Saving those above!
It does make you wonder if those above these two hope that they can survive if they show they are taking action now. What about the Communication Director.
T5 is such a major step for BA I would have hoped those at the very top would have been activly involved. If they were not they should have been.
This is bad for us all and the country.
I think BA should look at Customer Service starting with trying to contact them.
