Scenic MD leaves to pursue other interests
Colin Downing has been appointed general manager UK for Scenic and Emerald Waterways.
The appointment comes as the company confirmed managing director Chris Townsend has left the business with immediate effect to pursue other interests.
Downing has held a number of senior management roles in travel and leisure, including Riviera Travel, The Late Rooms Group, and MyTravel.
Scenic’s senior VO international sales and distribution said he has been recently working with the company on a number of group projects.
