Scilly Isles cottages added by operator
Properties in the Scilly Isles are being featured next year by self-catering operator Classic Cottages.
They are part of the Flying Boat Club, a new development on the island of Tresco.
The club, built on the site of a First World War flying boat base, features three and four-bedroomed houses and a clubhouse.
The West Country-based operator is offering breaks from February 1, 2008 with available in the spring, early summer and autumn.
A week’s stay starts at £1,375.
Classic Cottages managing director Simon Tregoning said: “The Isles of Scilly offer a real escape from everyday routine and Tresco has a distinctive character and atmosphere which is hard to resist.
“The luxury and comfort of the Flying Boat Club properties make island life even easier to slip into.”
