Seattle Preps for The Four Seasons Opening This Fall in October

Thursday, 25 Sep, 2008 0

Four Seasons will open its hotel-condo in Seattle at the end of next month. The 21-story tower, constructed with glass, stone, aluminum, and wood, offers waterfront and mountain views.

The 147 guestrooms, including 13 suites, feature natural wood furnishings and an in-mirror TV in the bathroom. The building’s top 10 floors encompass 36 private residences. Amenities include ART Restaurant and Lounge, which features a 12-foot wine wall; more than 10,000 square feet of function space; a spa, whose eight treatment rooms include a couples’ suite with fireplace; a fitness center; and an infinity-edge pool.

Architecture firm NBBJ designed the project and joined San Francisco-based Brayton Hughes Design Studios on the interiors.
