Seized guns at airports at all-time record
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) released its final end of year tally for guns at airports.
TSA officers seized a record-high 6,542 guns in 2022.
The previous record of 5,972 guns at airports was set the year earlier.

“It’s troubling and it’s really concerning.”
The TSA screened a total of 761 million passengers last year.
Firearms are allowed only in checked baggage under specific rules.
