Servicing corporate travel accounts held within Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, you are responsible for the immediate assistance of urgent travel requirements. A fast paced, professional, customer service focused team environment, the successful applicant enjoy working on a rotating roster basis in a 24 hour / 7 day week operation. Proficient on a CRS you will have exceptional customer service skills, outstanding domestic and international fares and ticketing knowledge and enjoy handling urgent travel requirements.
