Senior executive leaves Thomas Cook
Thomas Cook’s head of merchandising Rob Rospedzihowski, who was brought in by its former chief executive Harriet Green, has left the company.
The operator said he had left to pursue other opportunities.
Rospedzihowski was hired by Green from her former company, Premier Farnell, in November 2013.
He was originally brought in as head of product for central Mediterranean and north Africa but last September he was appointed head of merchandising, leading a new department in charge of delivering sales and revenue targets and reporting to Stefanie Berk.
Berk has now taken direct responsibility for the merchandising role, said a spokesman.
