With substantial growth over the last year which will only increase this year, your focus will be on the productivity and process improvements, overseeing and leading a division to deliver exceptional customer service and a seamless service to their high-end clients. You will be responsible for developing and delivering competitive, value-added travel services, using appropriate technologies and resources both through internal and external service providers. You will be responsible for providing solutions to escalated requests, making quick and decisive decisions to resolve issues and ensure service levels are maintained.
