Set sail for darkness
Discovery World Cruises has added a new exotic destination for its cruise season: 23◦ 42 south latitude, 130◦ 40’ west longitude.
Passengers at these coordinates in the South Pacific on 8 April will have the best vantage point to witness a rare hybrid solar eclipse occurring for the first time this century.
Discovery World cruises, a specialist in exploring faraway places, will take up to 650 passengers on this voyage to the South Pacific near Polynesia.
The 19-night cruise departs 2 April and will visit the Polynesian Islands and South America.
The price at $3,795 includes a two-night hotel stay in Lima. Bookings before 2 December save up to $400.
