Shangri-La Singapore goes kid-friendly with Luxe Family Experience
Shangri-La’s landmark Singapore hotel is proving that good hospitality is child’s play.
It has unveiled a new Luxe Family Experience, featuring new themed family suites and deluxe family rooms, available from January 2018.
The accommodation has immersive space for children to sleep and dine in whimsical rooms in safari, treetop, castle, underwater and space themes.
The family suites include in-room check-in and have two bathrooms and family orientated amenities such as nappy changing space, a pantry and dedicated family concierge service.
Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore will also debut a 2,150 square metre indoor and outdoor interactive play space for children.
Called Buds by Shangri-La, it has specially curated installations and provides radio-frequency powered RFID identification wristbands for kids.
"The Shangri-La luxury family experience complements the public perception of the brand as a leading business hotel," said Cetin Sekercioglu, executive vice president of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
"Shangri-La’s hallmark of hospitality from the heart provides further depth and inspiring experiences for the entire family through the four pillars of encouraging fun, peace of mind, family time and learning through play."
