SideStep partners with RealTravel
SideStep is signing a partnership with travel blogging and information site RealTravel.
“Rich, detailed Travel Blogs are extremely valuable to people in the process of planning a trip,” said Ken Leeder, chief executive officer, RealTravel, Inc. “This partnership will provide SideStep users with a wealth of additional ratings.
By incorporating RealTravel’s content into its site, SideStep further enables its five million plus monthly users with a better overall travel planning experience, the company says.
SideStep will syndicate content through RealTravel’s web services API, which allows travel sites to easily incorporate and publish travel blogs on their own sites.
The content will be available on SideStep.com within the coming months.
According to sidestep.com, the deal couples TravelPost.com’s robust lodging content with SideStep’s dynamic, real-time access to the online travel search information available.
It added that the addition of content, including nearly 500,000 reviews, photos and blogs, “creates an even more powerful online travel experience for SideStep.com’s five million plus monthly visitors.”
