Ski operator Alpine Action has become the latest specialist company to join the Association of Independent Tour Operators.

It brings the number of ski members in the association to 24.

Director Dennis Heasman said joining AITO will now enable its independent customers to be ATOL protected.

“This is an important move fior our organisation,” he said. “It means that we belong to a select group within the travel industry which is renowned for quality products and high standards of business practice.”
