Skybargains.co.uk have had a great start to 2006 thanks to their new dynamic packaging system which is powered by CSI Media?s Travelberry.

CSI Media have been working with Skybargains.co.uk for the last seven months in preparation for January and have seen rapid business growth due to their online presence.

With the launch of Skybargain.co.uk?s new Dynamic Packaging section on the website called Blue Sky, which is powered by CSI Media?s Travelberry, customers can now package schedule, charter and low-cost flights, hotels and car hire products together as one. The site now has a bed bank of over 25,000 properties and this is due to expand with the use of Travelberry?s Bed Bank system, which will allow Skybargains.co.uk to load their own unique property portfolio onto the site.

The managing director of Skybargains, Andy Speight said ?Travelberry gives us the ability to use heavy weight technology at a fraction of the cost of other solutions. We looked at many other travel technology providers solutions, but none offered us the ability to easily change and add products, manipulate webpage layouts and functionality and implement new features quickly. CSI Media?s Travelberry allowed us to do all this with ease.?

Travelberry (http://www.travelberry.net/)
Travelberry is a system that facilitates the creation of bespoke dynamic packaging solutions. Everything in the system can be unique for the individual company from the design, functionality and layout to the actual suppliers used in the system. CSI Media?s Travelberry system empowers its travel clients to create their own bespoke product and selling environment.

The system has now been used for over 15 months commercially.

Richard Nash CSI Media?s Business Director said of Skybargains new site ?Skybargains is an example of a company that wanted to do things their way, NOT OURS. What?s the point of travel companies packaging the same product in the same way by using template systems? This is going to mean fewer online travel companies having any form of unique selling point and the only way they will be able to gain the business is by cutting margins.?

Craig Stone CSI Media?s Marketing Operations Director went on to say ? CSI Media actively encourage companies to do things differently and to choose preferred suppliers that suit their requirements and not the ones that sit conveniently in our system.?
