Skycap fees to increase
American Airlines has joined other airlines in testing a $2 fee for fliers who use skycaps to check luggage at curbside locations.
The $2 fee had been tested by several airlines in Seattle earlier this year.
American is considering expanding that test to Boston and other airports , the Boston Herald reports.
Skycaps are not happy with this move, as they fear customers will not tip if the charge is levied.
