Sniffer dogs back on the street
CHIANG RAI – Two Thai street dogs who became crack sniffer dogs at an airport near the Golden Triangle opium-producing region have been sacked for urinating on luggage and sexually harassing female passengers, the Bangkok Post reported.
The dogs – named Mok and Lai – were doing a great job sniffing out drugs at Chiang Rai airport in northern Thailand but passengers were less than impressed with some of their other behaviour.
Mok’s police handler admitted, “He liked to pee on luggage while searching for drugs. He also liked to hold on to women’s legs.”
