Sonaisali Guests have their say!

It is really nice and the very best marketing there is when guests feel so strongly about their stay that they insist on saying how great it was.

These comments are from guests who stayed recently at the Sonaisali Island Resort Fiji.

Sarah Hagerty of Reservoir VIC said: “We were made to feel very welcome, all Fijian staff were very nice, welcoming and relaxed”.  “That is why we liked it here.”

Christian & Sarah Logan of New Town, TAS on 9/12/06 said: “It is unfortunate the media has exaggerated the state of Fiji”.  “We had a fantastic time on your resort and will be telling everyone when we get home”.

Naomi & Tony of Ryde, NSW on 16/12/06 said, “Loved the pool and the swim up bar, great activities in general, I think we did them all”.  “Jet skis are the best.” “Thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon so memorable.”

Mr. Kramer of Castle Hill, NSW on 17/12/06 added that, “The Christmas decorations are great, very tropical & Fijian.”  “Wish we could be here for Xmas Day.”  “I don’t want to leave”.

Andy & Scotty Philps of Carina, Brisbane on 17/12/06 wanted to say a big Vinaka to Kate and her amazing team.   They said, “Nothing was too much trouble for anyone”.  “Fiji is now our second home and Sonaisali is our family”.  “You guys are awesome”.  “Don’t change anything”.  “We will be back soon and will be telling everyone we know to come to your resort”.

Neil & Nicole Muc of Hammondville, Sydney Australia appreciated house keeping staffs efficiency and thoroughness and all the special touches, adding,  “You have wonderful happy staff that instantly relaxed us and made us feel welcome.” “Beautiful location, very good facilities with obvious investment in quality staff that cater to every guest needs.”  “We plan to come back for our 5 year anniversary”.

Nicole & Claudia of Kingsgrove, NSW love Sonaisali and we had so much fun, they said, “We want to stay forever, all staff are fantastic, your Indian head Chef is the best, we could have watched the Meke for hours, we are going to tell all our friends that Sonaisali is a must destination in Fiji”. We are coming back to Sonaisali as soon as possible”.  “Sonaisali is perfect”.

The Roberts’ of Wallasey said, “All employees were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and efficient”.  “I will be recommending this resort to my friends and travel counselor who booked our holiday for us”.  It was a great relaxing place to stay”.

Anthony Moncrieff of Shellharbour, NSW  said, “Everyone was so helpful always saying Bula and willing to help”.  “Eppi at the pool bar was wonderful and Dave was also great he always made sure we were fine”.  “Jet ski safari was awesome and guides were wonderful.”  “I have never been to a resort where staff have gone out of there way to help with everything.”  “The friendly staff made our honeymoon unbelievable, always making sure we were happy and fine.”

The Hoffmann’s of Frankfurt Germany found Fiji, “A very relaxing place to stay. Sonaisali has nice people, very friendly, good food and drink and very clean.”  “Will return one day soon.”

Suzanne Fryer of Wellington NZ celebrated a fabulous 25th wedding anniversary and they said thank you!

And finally, Karen Ashton of Wallasey, Merseyside UK said, We enjoyed the very friendly service from all members of staff.”  “Fiji is a friendly and lovely place to stay.”
