SourceIT-Travel quickly establishes itself as the travel industry’s leading, online technology search engine.
In just over one month, SourceIT-Travel.com has already established itself as the leading information source for travel technology suppliers. In the first month it serviced over 35,000 unique enquiries from visitors looking for technology solutions.
Visitors are able to search for suppliers and products from a database of over 400 suppliers and 650 products. The database is constantly updated and has grown by nearly 50% in the first month and is expected to reach 1,000 suppliers by the end of the first year, featuring 1,500 products. All travel sectors are covered across a wide range of product and service categories.
SourceIT-Travel is already delivering new sales leads to featured suppliers, coming through direct enquiries from SourceIT-Travel or from sales literature downloaded from the site.
Patrick Roe of travel currency system supplier SCL says, “In my view SourceIT is an extremely useful addition to the reference toolkit for anyone researching travel technology products. This is backed-up by the fact that SCL have already received several inquiries via the site, including one from a household name organisation.”
Travelink, the tour operating system supplier, has received a number of qualified enquiries from potential customers. Howard Frost says: “What amazed us was that we had no idea that these operators were looking for a system and they weren’t on our Sales radar. These sales leads are priceless and there’s no doubt in my mind that SourceIT-Travel is the way forward. For Travelink, SourceIT-Travel is the premier distribution channel for promoting our product to our target market. It’s been an excellent start for both of us.”
Bob Stockwell of SourceIT-Travel added, “My thanks go to all the suppliers who have supported the successful launch of SourceIT-Travel. To those suppliers not yet featured I extend an invitation to profile your company and products and benefit from the on-line sales and marketing opportunities available. And finally, and equally important, my thanks to those who have been using the site, we look forward to many more visits from you”.
SourceIT-Travel.com was recently short-listed for The TravelMole Innovation Website Award sponsored by Galileo International.
