South East trade push by Scottish-based operator
Glasgow-based luxury operator If Only…has recruited a business development manager dedicated to the South East of England.
The newly created role is designed to help drive more sales through agents following a rise in business from the region.
Juliet Lodde has taken the position following 20 years in the travel industry in retail sales and marketing roles.
She makes up a five-strong business development team covering the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Sales director Paul Kingswood said: “This is a very exciting time for us, as we experience rapid growth for our luxury programmes through travel agents.
“To fully support the travel trade, it was vital to bring someone with Juliet’s experience, drive and enthusiasm onboard.
“We also have an expanded and exclusive 2008 portfolio to offer UK agents.
“We have recently launched our inaugural South East Asia programme in addition to our new and captivating Indian Ocean and Arabian brochures, all of which should impact greatly on our business development.”
