Sovereign adds Sri Lanka for 2016
Luxury tour operator Sovereign has added Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and Singapore to its 2016 long haul programme.
The destinations have been added in its second edition 2016 brochure, out this week.
In Sri Lanka, it is featuring two five-star hotels – Vivanta by Taj Bentota and The Fortress.
Located on a south west coast, The Vivanta by Taj Bentota has fine dining restaurants, a spa and excursions, including whale watching, elephant trekking and river cruises.
The Fortress is a boutique hotel with 53 rooms on the island’s south coast near Galle, and is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Some of its accommodation has in-room plunge pools.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong and Singapore also feature for the first time and are being marketed as add-ons to a Thailand beach holiday or stopovers for Bali.
Singapore hotels include the Shangri-La and the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore.
In Hong Kong Sovereign is featuring the five-star Park Lane Hong Kong, A Pullman Hotel, in Causeway Bay, and The Harbour Grand Kowloon.
Meanwhile, Sovereign has expanded its hotels in its Europe collection and its Family Collection.
