Speakers confirmed for Advantage’s luxury conference
Hugo Jenkins of onefinestay and John Bevan of Spafinder Wellness 365 will speak at the Advantage Luxury Connoisseur Conference at the Montcalm Marble Arch next week.
The event, on November 7, is aimed at Advantage members who specialist in luxury travel.
Jenkins started at onefinestay in 2011, heading up the host sales and marketing team responsible for finding and curating London homes.
He now leads the global sales team with responsibility for growing the company’s trade presence and implementing strategic agent partnerships.
Jenkins will share insights into the luxury sector and will outline how agents can work with the company to maximise the potential of the market.
He will speak alongside managing director of Spafinder Wellness John Bevan, who joined the company last year.
Prior to this, Bevan was managing director of Voyage Priv-© UK, a French-owned, members-only luxury travel club, and also worked at Lastminute.com, ultimately being appointed managing director for the UK and Ireland.
Bevan will speak on wellness tourism, the size of the sector, its projected growth over the next few years, and why he thinks wellness holidays and breaks should form part of the travel industry’s offering.
